What you will do in your working day

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our bookkeeping and accounts team. Your duties will include:

● Chasing clients for paperwork and managing email accounts.

● Replying to emails and helping to onboard new clients.

● Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

● Uploading files to the client portal.

● Taking phone calls, scanning, and shredding.

● Data entry and creation of business documents.

● Utilising various business systems and performing other office admin-related tasks.

The training you will be getting

The Business Administrator Standard aims to equip individuals with highly transferable knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across many different sectors. In addition to this, business administrators will develop the necessary behaviours and workplace experience to support their progression towards management responsibilities.

It takes approximately 18 months to complete the apprenticeship and you will receive a blended method of learning including Tutor Coach visits, remote learning and attending online workshops, working towards achieving nationally recognised qualifications in:
