What you will do in your working day

  • Support a user base of 150 end users via telephone, in person and e-mails
  • Check daily backup and replication jobs and work with senior IT staff to resolve any issues
  • Office 365 administration
  • Problem solving and workflow management
  • Set up and configuration of Desktop PC’s, Laptops and Smartphone devices
  • Cabling and connectivity configuration and problem solving
  • Active Directory administration: create new user accounts, amend permissions, and reset network and applications passwords
  • Perform various stock requests and requisitions as advised by the Head of IT
  • Perform scheduled appointments and tasks

  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required
