What you will do in your working day

  • Full training will be provided to the right candidate to deal with new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals of insurance for our clients
  • General office administration duties
  • Filling documents accurately
  • Greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering incoming calls

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2 if required
