What you will do in your working day


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home for adults with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their individual needs are met
  • Supervise and organise training for staff members, providing guidance and support
  • Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation


  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of legislations, CQC regulations and guidance
  • Strong supervisory and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to create and implement care plans tailored to individual residents' needs

Flexibility is required when shifts are needed to be covered.
