What you will do in your working day

  • Working in a busy commercial office learning all aspects of the business from customer order deliveries, window sales, metal sales & architectural order processing
  • Updating customer delivery schedules, costing orders, processing orders
  • Liaising with production to ascertain when customers order will be complete
  • Attending sales/production meetings
  • Filing, emails and answering the telephone

The training you will be getting

Your training will take place within the workplace, you will be given full support from experienced staff members whilst you work towards gaining an Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. 

Functional skills if required.
