What you will do in your working day

  • setting up activities for the children for indoor and outdoor play.
  • supporting the children with activities such as multi skills, messy play and free play.
  • supporting the children with meals and snacks.

The training you will be getting

  • Working towards an Early Years Practitioner level 2 in the first year.
  • Functional Skills if required.
  • Training will be one day per week at JACE Training Wallington.
  • Apprentice will be based at Jancett Nursery in Wallington.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • A career in Childcare with the opportunity to progress to a Level 3 Early Years Educator.
