  • Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engieering.
  • Study at Cornwall College, Camborne campus.
  • 4 Days a week at the workplace.
  • 1 Day a week at college.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On completion of the aprenticeship the opportunity is there to gain full time employment within the engineering team and to progress into a supervisery role and with the right attitude and inititive on to department management and project management.

Things to consider

A&P Falmouth (Falmouth Docks) is a ship repair and refit yard. The successful candidates will be working on board ships in the dry dock, outside the ships in the dock bottom on the tail end /propulsion systems, the engineering workshop and around the yard. The dock yard runs 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
