What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On completion of the apprenticeship the opportunity is there to gain full time employment within the fabrication team and to progress into a supervisory role and with the right attitude and initiative on to department management and project management.

Things to consider

A&P Falmouth (Falmouth Docks) is a ship repair and refit yard. The successful candidates will be working on board ships in the dry dock, outside the ships in the dock bottom, the fabrication workshop and around the yard. The dock yard runs 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
