PGM Carpentry Contractors are currently recruiting a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice . This is a newly created role due to continued growth and a great opportunity for somebody to break into the new-build construction industry, specifically surveying and estimating. Duties include: administration of client files, organisation of tender enquiries, and coordination of drawing revisions and payment sheets.

What you will do in your working day

  • Administration of client files
  • Organise tender enquiries
  • Coordination of drawing revisions and payment sheets
  • Price revisions
  • Assist in preparing tenders in line with client requirements
  • Updating variation accounts & assist in reviewing these with clients
  • Create price inclusion sheets
  • Develop different client drawings knowledge.

The training you will be getting

  • A 12 month apprenticeship course with 3 month gateway to the End Point Assesment.
  • Working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Standard Apprenticeship.
  • All study will be based in the workplace.
  • 20% off the job training time will be allocated every week. Blended learning with online lessons and support from your assigned skills tutor.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • A permanent position is available if the apprenticeship is successfully completed.
