What you will do in your working day

  • General support of the CEO in the daily running of LVA and
    supporting organisational growth
  • General support of Operations/office management
  • Coordinate and administrate fundraising and awareness
    events with Ops Manager Funding administration when
    required.
  • Research local and national statistics and keep the team up to
    date with local and national trends relevant to the
    organisations mission and vision Communications – looking at
    trends on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram and seeing where
    LVA can contribute by following LVA branding guidelines.
    GDPR training and database management
  • Supporting the coordination of training and certification of
    staff, volunteers, and trustees for professional development
    and the greater good of the organisation co-ordinating youth
    advisory board / young people & forums/voices
  • File structure and administration support diary management.

The training you will be getting

  • Gain a Level 3 Business Administration Standard qualification
  • They will do the training at home, the workplace or at our training centre in Twickenham
  • This training will be one day a week.
