What you will do in your working day
• Reception desk – Answering the phones, the door intercom, greeting clients and showing them into allocated meeting rooms.
• Petty Cash
• General administrative tasks asked for by fee earners
• Updating relevant databases regarding Deeds and Wills
• Contacting services when required – plumber, electrician, printing supplies.
The training you will be getting
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administration Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
