What you will do in your working day

- Record incoming jobs on a Customer Realtionship Management System;

- Handle customers and make appointments

- Keep up to date personnel records

- Provide management information

The training you will be getting

- Institute of Acccounting Technicians 

- The training will be done in the Workington office 

- Further training will be done on a day release at Lakes College, Workington

Accounts or finance assistant Level 2 

Apprentices will be required to take one of the professional qualifications listed below, as chosen by the employer to be most relevant to the job role:

AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting
ACCA Certificate in financial and management accounting (level 2)
IAB Level 2 certificate in bookkeeping
ICB Level 2 certificate in bookkeeping
