Skate Park, Cafe, soft play - Hospitality Apprenticeship STREETLIGHT PROJECT

StreetLight is an indoor skate park, cafe and soft play centre looking to hire two Apprentices. The applicant will join our cafe team, leaning all the skills required for working in a commercial cafe. From serving hot drinks, hot food and customer service, you will be part of the team working with other apprentices and staff members.

    Tuesday: 9am - 5pm Wednesday: 12pm - 7pm Thursday: 12pm - 7pm Friday: 12pm - 7pm Saturday: 12pm - 7pm Shifts do change dependant on opening hours.

What you will do in your working day

  • Barista Coffee training

The training you will be getting

The new apprentice will be learning with Hit Training and will qualify as a Hospitality team member; Level 2. This is on site learning and online with our trainer.  

The training is all in house at StreetLight Project. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

After the apprenticeship, there is an opportunity to progress to level 3 or move on to the hospitality sector.

About the employer

The StreetLight Project is a community centre located in the heart of Wimborne and serves the community as a hub for familiesas social and physical outlets via our purpose build indoor skatepark and our welcoming cafe and soft play area. We want to serve the community and do so by offering cheap access to the skate and affordable meals in the cafe.
