What you will do in your working day

You should be a great team player, be able to multi-task, work as a team member, have good computer skills with a professional approach at all times.

Daily duties:

  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • Demonstrate your knowledge of office systems
  • Display exceptionally good communication skills by interacting with customers
  • Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner
  • Communicating via email/phone
  • Working on bespoke IT systems. (Full training will be given)
  • General office duties

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • All training will be completed in the workplace
