What you will do in your working day

We are looking for an individual to provide assistance and support to the office team carrying out a range of administrative tasks which will include:

  • Creating a staff newsletter
  • Making and receiving ‘phone calls and taking accurate messages when required
  • Assisting with Work Orders
  • Sending emails to customers
  • Raising Job Sheets for our engineers
  • Creating test results and certificates
  • Sending feedback forms to customers and collating the feedback
  • Responding to customer queries e.g. regarding costs for services or checking the Schedule of Works for engineer availability
  • Responding to requests for quotations

Full training will be given.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification
  • Level 2 functional skills English and / or Maths if GCSE grade 4 / C (or equivalent qualifications) not held
  • Delivered in the workplace, no college attendance requirement.  Once a month you will be invited to attend a workshop with other Business Administration apprentices.  The majority of these will be virtual, however, around 3 per year will be held at one of our campuses
