What you will do in your working day

As an apprentice, you’ll be the superhero of data entry, customer service, and operational reporting. Your journey includes:

  • Communicating with the coolest internal colleagues, clients, and advisors.
  • Reviewing client records like a seasoned detective.
    Crushing inbound queries via Emails and Call, and delivering top-notch client service 
  • Surpassing targets and KPIs because that's how you roll.
  • Crafting reports through data analysis and reporting software.
  • Handling basic administrative tasks and assisting Management when required (very exciting!)

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability. The Affinity Group and Boom Training will provide ongoing guidance and support throughout your apprenticeship studies.

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Business
  • You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training
  • You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks
  • End Point Assessment (online)
  • Occasional group classes with other learners
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in maths & English if required
  • Business Administrator Certificate from IFATE and City & Guilds

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

We take on all apprentices with the hope that they will stay on within a full-time position afterwards, depending on the success of the apprentice during their time.
