What you will do in your working day

As an Business Administration Apprentice you will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • Customer Portals
  • SAFS
  • Debt
  • Invoice Queries
  • Customer Queries
  • Sending jobs to engineers as and when required
  • Activity recording
  • Running spreadsheets
  • Credits and credits note advice
  • Account management (small amount)
  • Customer renewals
  • Emails
  • Day to day adhoc (phones / general internal queries)

The training you will be getting

The successful candidate will complete an Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship standard:

  • Level 3 Administration Standard
  • Functional Skill Level 2 in Maths if required
  • Functional Skill Level 2 in English if required

Knowledge-based off the job training will take place during the 18 months of the Apprenticeship.
