The Room Leader will induct and guide you through the tapestry process, the planning, tracking, and writing of reports and accident forms. You are expected to assist in the supervision of all other children in your relevant room/group, ensuring that children are encouraged to participate in a range of different activities.

6. In respect of the safeguarding policy, staff, parents and visitors are not allowed to use their mobile phones or cameras where children are present. Only nursery cameras are to be used to take images of children for assessment purposes. Relevant permission forms for taking children’s images for assessment purposes or events are obtained from parents before their child joins the nursery but they can be withdrawn by the parents at any time, it is therefore important to check if consent was given and if it is still in place.
