What you will do in your working day

To assist with day to day operations within the administration team, including:

  • Taking calls
  • Raising orders
  • Creating quotes for the sales advisers
  • Assisting with website enquires
  • Data input
  • Motoring of the processing/status of orders.

The training you will be getting

Apprentices will complete the Business Adminstrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. This will be delivered in the workplace with an assessor visiting from Chelmsford College.

There will be access to an online portfolio and resources to complete the apprenticeship.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon completion of the apprenticeship it is hoped that there would be progression to an administration or sales role.
