What you will do in your working day

  • Raise and process Purchase Orders
  • Place orders for internal goods as required
  • Process supplier invoices according to relevant financial procedures
  • Respond to supplier queries and requests for payment
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Advise and guide employees in the use of proper procurement procedures
  • Answering telephone calls and routing them appropriately
  • Respond appropriately to enquiries email from the Account Support mailbox
  • Ensuring staff refreshments are stocked, reordering where necessary
  • Opening post, dating it and distributing it appropriately within the company (passing anything marked confidential to the Commercial Manager or Finance team)
  • Maintain appropriate stationary stock levels and replenish when required
  • Liaise and organise accommodation and travel for team members where requested
  • Accepting deliveries and booking them in
  • Monthly stock take
  • Ensuring office maintenance is kept update and booking appointments where necessary
  • Door answering and welcoming guests
  • Wrapping parcels ready for collection
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with razorblue procedures
