What you will do in your working day

The post holder will provide administrative support Swarland Avenue Surgery

  • Call and recall management.
  • Quality exercises in accordance with record keeping protocols and guidelines.
  • Scanning and coding.
  • Completion appointment bookings and appointment book maintenance.
  • Data / updating of documentation.
  • Reception/administrative support.
  • Any other duties appropriate to the level of the position.

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Standard.
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Progression following completion of the apprenticeship into full-time post.
