What you will do in your working day

  •  Email accounts - Managing a small number of email accounts where general admin needs to be done.
  •  Portal work - A wide range of tasks using our company portal, from daily attendance, holiday confirmation, order processing etc.
  • Stripe/Go Cardless - Management of client accounts.
  •  HelloSign/Dropbox Sign - Admin related to sales orders.
  • Staff - Onboarding of new staff
  • Pensions - Help ensure the management is UpToDate and rules followed.
  • Supplier Invoices - General admin to ensure supplier invoice are scanning and processed on time.
  • Advertiser Supplier Forms - Providing agencies details on supplier forms.
  • Credit control - Via Xero, emails and phone ensuring advertisers pay on time.
  • Social media - Running small promotions on Facebook and Instagram
  • Stationery & supplies - Keep control of the stationery requirement.
  • Commencing legal procedure - Court paperwork for non-payers
  • Holidays - Approve staff holidays on the portal.
  • Phone answering - Answer incoming calls.
  • Computers - Look after the management of the computers, In conjunction with our IT provider.
  • Ad Client research - Source certain sites for new leads for sales people
  • Creative - Depending on ability there are various more creative jobs from AI article set up to production of weekly newsletters.
  • Production - We have a full-time production manager, but the job is learnt as a back up
  • General admin – Post; Keep control of boxes of magazines and the number of older magazines in the office

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English
  • Institute of Apprenticeship Certificate

End-Point Assessment (EPA)
