What you will do in your working day

Main Duties:

  • Build your skills through on the job training and practice alongside attending college and working towards a qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Integrate into the HERMA manufacturing facility and become part of the team
  • Learn how to follow electrical drawings.
  • Develop best practise and expertise in machine building from a kit of manufactured parts within HERMA.

The training you will be getting

  • The learner will be studying the Engineering Fitter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
  • Day release to West Suffolk College.

Things to consider
