What you will do in your working day
- Preparation and cooking of food items
- Follow brand standards and receipe specifications
- Work as part of the kitchen team to meet quality standards
- Learn how to cook a variety of different dishes
The training you will be getting
Partnered with Chef Benson-Smith Academy to deliver a 12 month programme, you will achieve an accredited Level 2 Apprenticeship Commis Chef.
You will have the opportunity to learn alongside specialists in their field whilst offering:
- Comprehensive on-the-job training delivered onsite with monthly masterclasses offsite
- A friendly and supportive team environment
- Opportunities for career progression within our 19 hotels
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required
