What you will do in your working day

  • Calling clients and candidates where necessary
  • Build projects on Linked IN and search for CVs on Job boards and CRM System
  • Present candidates to the Senior Team for live vacancies
  • Pass leads to the Senior Team
  • Providing high level customer service whilst securing the best talent for their teams
  • Working on a range of perm roles
  • Working to increase performance on account and increase opportunities and connections within the business to help grow the account over time
  • Working on roles within the entire UK
  • Administrative duties

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Training will delivered mostly remotely with some face to face teaching by EEVT
  • The employer will give you time out of your working week to focus on your qualification
