About the employer

Our goal at Victoria Park Hall Nursery & Pre School is to offer children a homely, warm and exciting experience. We nurture them all the way through each stage of their journey with us, until they are ready to progress to full time school. We are a well established private day care setting that caters for children from 6 months to 5 years of age. The setting is located in the heart of the beautiful local park, surrounded by well cared for parklands & nature. The facility is modern, clean & very reputable with a repeatedly good Ofsted. The setting is currently registered to care for a maximum of 24 children within the Pre-School room at any one time, Whilst the Baby room is registered for 6 babies aged 6 months to 18 months and the Toddler room is registered for 12 children at any one time. We have found that the children attending our setting benefit greatly from the smaller numbers within each session, as this gives them the opportunity to individually thrive and grow in confidence & ability at their own pace. Our Toddler room is currently open to 18 months to 3 year olds and our Pre-School room for 3-5 year olds.Children attending our setting are well prepared by our experienced team for a smooth transition to Primary School, because we pride ourselves in offering each child independence and choice by integrating social snack time and having independent access to their own water bottle and water coolers throughout each session. We also work alongside the local Primary Schools to mirror some aspects of their daily routine to give the Pre-School children a taste of what “big school” is all about, such as small group-time and circle time.
