  • Ensuring timely and effective communication with staff, members, and prospects 
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly reports, providing insights into operational performance and member engagement 
  • Engage in continuous learning with opportunities in marketing, sales, lead generation, policies and daily operations, and staff and member management to foster professional growth
