What you will do in your working day

  • You’ll work within the Operations Dept - supporting candidates into new career opportunities such as Apprenticeship / Traineeship and creating new ones! This role requires a determined, hard-working candidate with the desire to succeed
  • Resourcing and contacting Apprenticeship candidates on our database (GMFJ), job sites and social media
  • Identifying eligible and suitable candidates
  • Conducting telephone screenings to determine suitability and inform
  • Advertising the course on social media and job boards
  • Assessing applicant CVs and profiles for suitability
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at our apprenticeship employers
  • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview

The training you will be getting

To successfully complete this Apprenticeship the apprentice will need to complete one Level 3 knowledge qualification and one Level 3 competency qualification as listed below:


  • Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment or Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
  • Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this prior to taking the end point assessment
