What you will do in your working day

As a Business Administration/Office Support Apprentice, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Invoicing
  • Filing
  • Assisting in coordinating service engineer
  • Answering calls and dealing with client queries
  • Adhering to company procedures and policies

You’ll develop your skills alongside the management team and ex-apprentice, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business to continued growth. You’ll be taught and mentored by people who are well versed in academia and the job role, to achieve your full potential and share in the company’s success.

The training you will be getting

The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from their Dearne Valley campus, giving you the training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful administrator. The Apprentice Standard you will be studying is Business Administration – Level 3

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
