What you will do in your working day

  • Placing job adverts and managing the response
  • Searching for candidates using social media networks and CV databases
  • Maintaining a database of candidates
  • Taking references and registering new workers
  • Calling staff to check them into work in the morning
  • Dealing with pay queries and general questions from our staff
  • Managing spreadsheets, emailing timesheets and assisting with payroll
  • Assisting Recruitment Consultants
  • Opportunity to train & become Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager


Although no previous experience is required, any applicants should have experience of word and excel, be competent with social media, happy to make and receive phone calls, reliable, proactive and organised.

13 months office-based training at the employer's location
Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
