What you will do in your working day

  • Responsible for the front of house activity for Tenens House including visitors, managing calls, office administration and organisation.
  • To support with tasks linked to the Board of Directors, including managing agendas and communications.
  • To provide administrative support to the Commercial team, including database upkeep, customer communications, processing of enquiries, transport and accommodation.
  • Assisting with organising annual and bi-annual leadership events.
  • Organising events as requested, working with the Commercial team.
  • Source office supplies.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs upon request.
  • Filing as necessary.

The training you will be getting

Business Administrator Level 3.

Whilst the majority of the training will take place at the employer's premises there will be occasional attendance at Cirencester College.
