What you will do in your working day

List of Duties: (Not in order of priority)

  • Answering a busy sales phone.
  • Managing customer data and ensuring our database is current and up to date.
  • Supporting the sales team with general administration.
  • Assisting with imports from Germany twice weekly, by way of filing important import information and liaising with our customs agents.
  • Assisting customers with delivery information and using our paperless filing system.
  • Eventually handling sales enquiries and orders.
  • Support and administration of the company marketing.
  • Problem solving.

The training you will be getting

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Following enrolment, learners engage in a blended programme of training and support that will include attendance at group training sessions, self-directed learning, email and face-to-face support from their trainer/assessor, as well as a programme of training devised by the employer.

Functional Skills English and Maths if required.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Opportunity to progress into a full-time role if successful in the apprenticeship
  • Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Business Administrator as an Individual member at Professional Level
