What you will do in your working day

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you’re self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Answering incoming calls for your team and others (if required)

Taking messages, and re-directing calls as required

Arranging meetings, managing agendas and minutes

Processing LSBUD & solicitor enquiries

Maintenance of landowner records, archiving client records and mail merges for client letters/ newsletters.

Raising site visit requests with the client Local Authority & Land Registry administration

Raising client invoices & monthly finance reporting

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required) Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.  The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon completing the apprenticeship, for the right candidate, there is the potential of a permanent position at Fisher German within the administration department.
