What you will do in your working day

Trez Hair Design is seeking an hairdressing apprentice to work in our salon based in Beckenham. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wanting to gain experience to begin a career In hairdresssing.

You will be supported at every step, learning from our experienced hairdessers and gaining experience of all aspects of hairdressing. We are looking for a enthusiastic team player, with good initiative Successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to complete a fully certified level 2 Apprenticeship in hairdressing.

This is a fabulous opportunity to ‘earn whilst you learn’, gain a valid qualification and experience working alongside our qualified team in our bubbly hairdressing salon. 

The training you will be getting

Training Provider: BROMLEY COLLEGE OF FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION

On programme Training:

  • Level 2 Diploma for Hairdressing Professional Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 1 and/or 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths
  • Institute of Apprenticeship Certificate

End point assessment

  • A practical assessment
  • Oral questioning
  • The practical assessment and oral questioning will assess the learner’s professionalism, values, behaviours, communication, safe working practices and consultation skills.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Progression on to level 3 will be discussed after completion of level 2
