What you will do in your working day

  • Set up learning spaces including moving equipment
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining a safe environment
  • Assist with planning, preparing and delivering a high-quality playing environment
  • Provide comprehensive care for children of all ages
  • Support and maintain the logging of confidential records
  • Support children with literacy and numeracy
  • Supporting the maintaining of good relationships with school, parents and children

The training you will be getting

You will receive a Level 2 Playworker Apprenticeship Standard. The training will include online courses, webinars, classroom-based training and onsite visits in the workplace. Functional Skills qualifications as required.

Apprentices have the opportunity to move into full-time paid professional positions within our company. We have a clear 'Premier Pathway' of progression for all our employees.
