We are a fast paced and independent thinking environmental company who can offer the opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of skills in both business development and marketing within the recycling industry. What you will do in your working day

Responsibilities:

·  Assist and implement marketing strategies to promote our recycling services.

· Create digital marketing campaigns.

· Manage and elevate papilo social media accounts and create engaging content to increase market presence.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships.

· Manage output from the automated sales contact tool.

·  Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and nurture potential opportunities.

· Support the business development team in creating proposals and presentations.

· Help organise and attend networking events to promote papilo services.

· Monitor industry trends to identify new marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

·Good analytical skills and ability to manipulate data.

· Knowledge and practical experience in a range of social media platforms and networking

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.

· Basic knowledge of marketing principles and business development concepts.

· Passion for sustainability and interest in the recycling industry.

The training you will be getting

  • MULTI-CHANNEL MARKETER Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 which has replaced the Digital Marketer standard as of 2023

  • You will receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
