What you will do in your working day

  • Answering the telephone, dealing with queries from patients, allied health professionals
  • Dealing with administrative tasks from inhouse multidisciplinary team and outside health professionals
  • Booking, cancelling, and amending appointments via telephone and digital systems. Including taking basic clinical details and signposting patients requesting same day appointments

Delivery Method:

  • Attendance at college will be required one day per week
  • Apprenticeship session to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment

  • To gain knowledge and skills within primary care to progress to the L3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
