What you will do in your working day

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler Apprentice to join our team. The role is a varied position that would suit a friendly person that wants to grow within a company. You will be responding to routine and specialist issues that arise. Duties include: • Create and maintain schedules to ensure smooth running of work • Coordinate with various departments to gather information on capacity and availability • Optimise scheduling processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs • Communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders • Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritise tasks based on contract needs • You will be responding to routine and specialist issues that arise and seeking management support as required • Deal with routine enquiries over the phone • Deal with incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner • Dealing with sensitive information regarding clients • Any other tasks commensurate with the company

The training you will be getting

• Level 3 Business and Administrator Apprenticeship Standard • Functional Skills (where applicable) • No day release element

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be a full-time position available for the right candidate to grow within the organisation
