We have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice (Level 3), within an innovative and progressive organisation. You will be working closely with mortgage advisors, helping with mortgage applications and liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure a professional customer experience.

What you will do in your working day
- Answering incoming telephone calls, handling enquiries and directing calls appropriately, as well as taking accurate messages
- Making outgoing telephone calls to clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents and insurance companies
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and parcels and processing outgoing mail
- You will liaise with clients and lenders to ensure documentation is up to date and tight deadlines are met
- Update and maintain client records using a bespoke software to ensure a full audit trail is maintained
- Maintaining a professional image at all times
- Creating and maintaining client records and management information
- General administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
The work is predominantly computer based, a basic to good understanding of Microsoft Office and other similar software would be a benefit but full training will be provided.
