What you will do in your working day

An Auto-care Technician requires a unique combination of technical, retail and customer service skills. They will use a range of tools, measuring and diagnostic equipment to identify & repair simple system faults.
Skills you will learn are;

  • Tyre legislation and technical information
  • Tyre Pressure Monitoring systems,
  • Sidewall markings,
  • Homologated fitments.

The training you will be getting

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards an Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship as an Autocare Technician with the chance to progress to L3 Light vehicle on completion of the L2.

Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
