What you will do in your working day

Your main training and duties will include:

  • Manage the overflow of telephone calls and offer a professional service.
  • Provide administrative support to the office to include Scanning, faxing, photocopying, filing.
  • Open new matter files.
  • Action postal duties at the beginning and end of day.
  • Perform Anti Money Laundering Checks for Clients.
  • Land searches and instructed by the Conveyancers.
  • Dealing with confidential waste and its collection.
  • Stocking and initiating stock take on all office supplies and sundries.
  • End of day office duties.
  • Complying at all times with all relevant policies and procedures.

The training you will be getting

  • In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ 3 Business Admin qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures
  • Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
  • You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

  • A permanent position as Business Administration assistant at Simpson Jones with the opportunity to progress in the legal sector as Conveyancing assistant
