What you will do in your working day

1     To assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email and website.

2     To develop confidence in writing, editing and proof-reading content.

3     To analyse marketing data to track campaign performance and gain insights for improvement.

4     To contribute to the design and maintenance of marketing materials, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

5     To research market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

6     To participate in team discussion and brainstorming sessions.

7     To assist in the planning and promotion of the annual conference and any other corporate events, including supporting on the day as required.

8     To develop competence using a variety of software appropriate for the role, such as Adobe Creative, WordPress, Mailchimp and Microsoft packages.

9     To support the administrative functions of the team, such as in-box management and packing of materials.

10  To carry out any general marketing projects and tasks as requested.

11  To ensure the effective and efficient control of information and data in line with GDPR requirements.

12  To deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

The training you will be getting

Multi-channel Marketer Level 3 - Multi-channel marketer / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
Functional Skills English and Maths (Level 2 is required)

21 month duration including 3 month EPA period


Please note that as this is an apprenticeship standard you will be required to sit an end point assessment.

We are an expanding organisation and there may be an opportunity for a permanent role following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
