About the employer

The company was founded by father & son, Vince and John Kelly in the front room of the family home in 1995. John was straight out of university & Vince was an ‘old-hand’ in the groundworks game. Their outlook, “employ only the very best staff & groundworkers, use only the best kit”. This ethos has survived to this day. As the company grew over the years, it nurtured in-house talent, & took a long-term view by focussing on training & developing young professionals. Over time, the Board of Directors expanded to include some outstanding individuals (nearly all trained in-house) who have grown the business whilst developing the company's systems alongside its original values.
