What you will do in your working day

Job Purpose

  • As a Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) Technician Apprentice, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of personnel while promoting environmental sustainability within our organisation.
  • Working closely with management and delivery teams, you'll advise on statutory health, safety, and environmental (SHE) requirements, encompassing a range of responsibilities to safeguard our workforce and mitigate environmental impact.

Day to Day operations

  • The SHE Technician Apprentice operates across all departments, engaging in both office-based and production floor activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and implementation of safe systems of work, conducting training sessions, investigating incidents, analysing data, and presenting findings to management. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental stewardship.

As an SHE Technician, you'll demonstrate the following behaviours, skills, and knowledge:
