What you will do in your working day
- Providing support

- Serving meals and refreshments
- Supporting the team
- Understanding and listening to guidance
- Completing mandatory training

- Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 2 Diploma in Care
- Guidance from the Performance Coach
- Attend specialist and skills training, method and location to be confirmed
- Complete the functional skills qualifications in maths and English (if required)

- The home fully supports the Apprenticeship Scheme and if shifts are available will encourage the individual to apply for a permanent position upon the successful completion of their apprenticeship
