What you will do in your working day

Established in 2003 our client is a chartered accountants who offer a range of accountancy and finance services to its clients.

They are now looking for an eager and ambitious individual who is looking to kick-start their career in administration. This role is perfect for someone who has a great telephone manner, confident, has good attention to detail and for someone who has an interest in customer service, administration and bookkeeping.

Job Duties:

Working with the Office manager

-          Helping with reception duties.

-          Greeting clients.

-          Answering phone call.

-          Processing card payments.

-          Making telephone calls to clients and HMRC.

-          Booking in and booking out client records.

-          Managing post.

Working with the payroll manager

-          Payroll administrator and assistance.

-          Learning aspects of payroll to assist the payroll department.

-          Eventually covering holiday leave.

-          Processing large groups of payrolls.

-          Emailing payslips to clients.

-          Submissions to HMRC including raising P32 every quarter.

-          CIS returns-full involvement monthly.

-          Helping with P11D’s.

They would like someone who is eager to learn, confident, knowledge in word/excel, has a good eye to detail, well presented and someone who works well in a team. The candidate must be ambitious and hard-working with a can-do attitude.

This role will be supported by Starting Offs Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
