What you will do in your working day

  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are undertaken efficiently and effectively and within the required timescales
  • Work to support the sales team in coordinating a process of continuous improvement of data quality 
  • Ensure efficient data recording of customer sales activities using SharePoint
  • Sending customer surveys and collating data
  • General Sales Support: Sales Claims Account, Presentation Creation and Sales Campaign Management 
  • Supporting Sales with any administrative tasks such as reporting, presentations, etc
  • Design and publish creative content on social media channels, ensuring content is produced according to brand guidelines
  • Collecting and maintaining metrics from social media posts
  • Assist the marketing manager with video creation to support brand and product campaigns
  • Ad hoc website updates
  • Supporting with award entry submissions
  • Raising support tickets with the internal BrandFactory team
  • Support with ad hoc marketing collateral requests from business

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard delivered by VQ Solutions
  • You will have a dedicated VQ mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager
  • During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend workshop sessions, and have regular reviews
  • All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours
