What you will do in your working day
- Answering the phone to customers and transferring calls
- Reading CAD plans to generate quotes, producing quotes from query and converting into order, processing using Sage/Microsoft 365 software.
- Emailing quotes and operational information to customers
- Dealing with suppliers to discuss lead times, collating detail and information and looking at alternative products for customer orders.
- Administrative support for the office and client managers
- Job to evolve over time.
The training you will be getting
Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship standard:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive any additional training support and guidance required from their dedicated tutor
- Attending weekly classes to achieve the Standard
- Level 3 Business Administration qualification
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
