What you will do in your working day

  • Supporting sales team, preparing all sales documentation, quote to clients, updating logs, site surveys, logging enquiries, answering customer queries, etc
  • Generate monthly sales report, customer reports, feedback, etc.
  • Support with social media & marketing team campaigns, such as updating post, customer newsletters.
  • Processing order received from quotation, process all paperwork related to project, produce invoice. (Follow up thru with all admin tasks and supporting documentation for the project from sales to completion.)
  • Speaking to clients to make sure that installs are completed smoothly and try to obtain feedback, case studies.
  • Be a confident user of Microsoft office (Word/Excel) to complete supporting documents for the various projects.
  • In this role you will be required to work to tight deadlines, have great communication skills, work well under pressure and be a flexible team player.
