What you will do in your working day

Main Duties:

  • Report to senior staff
  • Assist in the day to day operation of the machines
  • Assist in keeping the factory a clean work environment
  • Assist with deburring parts to ensure they meet the high standards our customers have come to expect
  • Uphold and adhere to all health and safety policy’s at all times
  • Report any issues to factory floor team leader or senior members of staff

The training you will be getting

  • The learner will be studying the Machining Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • Functional skills will be studied if equivalent qualifications are not held
